[Mesa,AZ]- Brick Cave Media is excited to announce the addition of Matthew Kline to the publisher's roster. Brick Cave has accepted the manuscript The Strange Account of Charlie Wendigo from matthew with intent to publishthetitle in late 2025.
"We are excited to work with Matthew, and to bring The Strange Account of Charlie Wendigo to the page" shared Brick Cave Publisher Bob Nelson. "It is an exciting and fun compliment to ourcatalog of strong character driven titles."
A Teaser about Charlie Wendigo
When a chance encounter with Charlie Wendigo, practitioner of deceptively simple-looking card and coin tricks, throws his meticulously balanced expense report off by a quarter that's been retroactively erased out of existence, Harry Long wants answers. Instead, he gets pulled out of the endless meetings of Corporate Hell and plunged into a series of life-or-death struggles against the sinister Men in Black (not the ones from the movie.)
"We at Brick Cave are all fans of that slightly narrative style of Douglas Adams, and ithas been hardto find writers that can pull that off and still be their own voice. We think Matthew does thatand cannot wait to share it with you" finished Bob.
Pre-sales for the title are expected to open in September, 2025, with launch tentatively scheduled for November. But, as we are notoriuosly horrible at these plans, we encouragethose interested to become BC BookClub Members and receivea copy of the book justahead of release.
