We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.
If your book was purchased via a third party, such as a book store or literary event, please contact the seller for their return policy.
Return Period
You may return or exchange any book purchased from Brick Cave directly in its original condition for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Without a receipt/invoice, a return may be approved for store credit at Bob's (the guy that does all the store stuff) discretion and only at the current value of the book.
Mail Returns
For all mail returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
Refund/Replacement
For replacement items, anticipate a deliverty time of approximatley 10 business days. For refunds expect a processing time of 10 business days. Where possible, refunds will be processed to the original purchase channel. Where not possible, refunds will be issued by check.
